About Kathleen
Kathleen has been working in real estate sales since 1994. Her background working for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) helped shape her interest in becoming a Realtor. She has lived on the Peninsula for over 30 years and is very well acquainted with many local neighborhoods as well as home prices and real estate trends. She is an excellent source of local knowledge.

As a buyer or seller of property, it is important to work with a Realtor who understands the local market, has experience in negotiating on your behalf and is able to carefully direct the course of your transaction with integrity and professionalism. Additionally, an important edge that Kathleen can provide her clients is her positive reputation with the local Realtors. Kathleen is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz where she majored in Economics and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also earned the nationally recognized designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute in 1994.

Kathleen is a member of the Junior League of Palo Alto, Mid-Peninsula since 1999.

Most recently, Kathleen earned the “Sales Master” Award with Realty World for years: 2014, 2015, 2017.

In her free time, Kathleen enjoys hiking our lovely coast and hills, swimming, yoga, golf, playing ‘party’ bridge and reading.
