Kathleen Bauer

Kathleen Dwyer Bauer was born and raised in Winnetka. She is the 5th of 6 children, all of whom live in Winnetka or Chicago. She attended Faith, Hope, & Charity and Loyola Academy. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and was also a member of the Georgetown Women's Lacrosse Team. After graduating from Georgetown, Kathleen lived in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview areas of Chicago, while pursuing careers in Advertising, Sales, and Marketing.

With Real Estate in her blood, it was always a dream of Kathleen's to work alongside her mom, Dinny Dwyer. Her previous work experiences have seamlessly transferred over into Real Estate. She generates top-of-the-line marketing plans when listing new homes. Her sales background has made Kathleen extremely motivated, detail-oriented, and personable. She prides herself on going that extra mile for all buyers and sellers.

Kathleen currently resides in Winnetka with her husband and their four children. Having lived in Winnetka for about 30 years, she knows the ins and outs of the entire North Shore and beyond. Family is everything to Kathleen and she feels so incredibly lucky every day to be able to work with her mom and sister-in-law, Sarah Dwyer.
