Prior to her successful career in real estate, Kathleen was an established senior management executive with 20 years of experience managing space acquisition, lease negotiation, planning, and human resource management prominent architectural and engineering firms. She earned a Certificate in Facilities Planning and Management from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, and Professional in Human Resources credentials from HR Certification Institute.
Kathleen lives in Astoria, where she raised her family, and is an avid tennis player who enjoys time with friends and family, reading, and walking along the shoreline.
