Residential real estate has been a long-time passion for Kathleen and she feels extremely lucky to work in this business. Always putting her clients first, her attention to detail, and believing in a hands-on approach are all qualities that contribute to her goal of making sure her clients experience a smooth process when buying or selling their home. Kathleen understands this can be one of the biggest financial decisions that you will make and she is 100% dedicated to anything that she works on, priding herself on making her clients a top priority.
Kathleen is a native Houstonian, graduated from Duchesne Academy and The University of Texas with a Communications Degree. She is a former legal assistant, where she gained invaluable experience dealing with clients, adapting to the various needs of each unique case, and maintaining her client’s satisfaction and confidence in her work.
She appreciates the different features of all Houston neighborhoods and remains current with her market knowledge, which includes Briargrove, Tanglewood, Memorial, Spring Branch, River Oaks, Afton Oaks, and West University.
Kathleen currently serves on the Board of The Clayton Dabney Foundation for Kids with Cancer. Giving back to the community is important to her and she has enjoyed volunteering with The Junior League of Houston, National Charity League, Post Oak Little League, Zoo Friends, Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club, River Oaks Baptist School, and Episcopal High School.
Kathleen and her husband, have a daughter who attends The University of Texas and a son who attends Episcopal High School.
