About Kathleen
Kathleen Patton holds a bachelorās of science degree from the University of Washington
School of Public Health and holds numerous IT software certifications. She started renovating homes in 2015 with her husband, building a successful resume of completed renovations and a solid investor portfolio.

Kathleenās career starts in 2006 where she landed a project analyst position at Virginia
Mason Medical Center during her senior year of college. In this position she worked with
executives, physicians, nurses and clinical staff on various IT projects. Kathleen was
instrumental in implementing a reporting software that allowed hospitals to send patient
information to their primary care physicians electronically after hospital discharge. In 2013, Kathleen was a part of a large team of software engineers for a well-known consulting firm ā Deloitte LLC. The client was a large health care organization with medical centers across 18 states. In this client facing role she, she provided ongoing system support to administrative and clinical staff. Working for a prestigious consulting firm like Deloitte, allowed her to obtain numerous IT certifications and work alongside brilliant software engineers nationally and in India.
In 2014, she became an unofficial part time assistant for Kenny, her husband who was
starting to become very busy in his Real Estate business with a prominent client.
To support Kenny in his thriving business, Kathleen learned real estate through osmosis. At the end of 2015, Kenny and Kathleen started renovating properties across the Pacific Northwest -- first focusing on cosmetic fixers and later graduating to studs out remodels and additions. Utilizing her project management experience, she was able to build great relationships with architects, general contractors, vendors and various trades. This was the formative years where she would realize her true passion for real estate sales and construction.

Today, Kathleen has relocated to Oahu with her husband and family where she became a
licensed real estate agent. Her 10+ tenure in project management and real estate poise her
for success in handling simple to complex real estate transactions.
