"On a scale of 1-5, Katie is 10! We were looking for a home in the Southern Connecticut area in 2022, at the height of demand (and dearth of supply) . We worked without an agent for a few months until we met Katie at a house she was selling. We often found agents more interested in their own agenda, and avoided linking up with anyone specific. About Katie

Katie is a lifelong resident of Darien. After working and living in New York City for 10 years, Katie returned to her hometown where she currently lives with husband Nick and their 2 young children, James and Nell. A graduate of Darien High School, Katie captained both the Varsity Lacrosse and Swim teams. A high school and collegiate All American, Katie thrives in a team environment, and knows what it takes to be a leader.

For the last 12 years, Katie excelled in the highly competitive sports and marketing field, spending time at both ESPN and Golf Digest. A top performing salesperson, managing multi million dollar advertising/marketing budgets taught Katie the ins and outs of negotiating, helping her to be named Salesperson of the Year at Golf Digest.

Katie's vast sales and marketing experience combined with her familiarity and network in Darien make her uniquely qualified to guide you through the sale or purchase of your home.
