Kathryn Diguette

Kathryn has been honing her expertise in real estate since moving to Washington, DC a decade ago. Having an appreciation for art and architecture from a young age, it is no surprise that the DMV area quickly became her home and residential real estate her chosen profession. This area of the country is truly special and Kathryn is dedicated to helping her clients find their place here.

As a full-time Realtor®, Kathryn is a strong negotiator and detail-oriented. What sets her apart from other top-tier agents though, is empathy. She takes the time to listen to her client’s needs and wants, and the circumstances influencing their sale or purchase to inform the best path forward in achieving their real estate goals. Kathryn lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband, toddler, and doodle dog. You will often find her spending time with family and friends, or out for a walk on the Capital Crescent Trail. Having earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and having family ties there, she also has a love for the city of New Orleans and spends time getting ready to ride in a Mardi Gras parade every year!
