About Kathy

Kathy relocated to Austin from the Dallas area over 40 years ago. Attracted to the then small college town for its abundance of outdoor activities and beautiful scenery, Kathy made a decision to put down roots in this wonderful city. Austin is where she married and raised her daughter, Jessica. Her family also includes her two dogs and one enormous Mainecoon cat!

Known for her energy and contagious enthusiasm, Kathy has learned to use these attributes to sharpen her strong negotiating skills. Developing trust, respect, and friendship from fellow Realtors, Title professionals, and lenders is key for how she handles business from contract to closing. This makes the process for buyers and sellers enjoyable, as well as successful.

Having cycled the wonderful designated roads in Austin for over 10 years, she finally completed her first Century Ride in 2013. She is passionate about her Yoga practice, enjoys art classes, likes to hike, as well as occasionally kayak around Town Lake. Kathy's happy to share the fun and exciting things to do out and about in Austin.

About Winona

Winona was born in Austin and is a 5th generation central Texan. She enjoys introducing clients to her hometown and the surrounding communities. Her natural affinity for design, staging, gardening and landscaping is an advantage to clients whether preparing their home to sell or assisting clients in envisioning the possibilities of their new home purchase. She is experienced with resale homes, as well as building custom homes on teams with architects and builders. If the perfect home happens to be a ranch (or ranchette), she can assist with locating the areas that might be best suited for your desires (ranch, farming, horses, vineyards/gardens, etc.), as well as navigating the sometimes-confusing world of wildlife and agriculture exemptions.

She has a deep connection to nature and animals and is passionate about organic gardening, bird watching, hiking, horses, cooking and traveling. Ask her about the next day trip you might take to a quirky Texas town, art shows/festivals in the area, the best restaurants and farmers’ markets, scenic hikes, plants for your garden or her favorite recipes using local ingredients.

Community Involvement

Kathy and Winona have always been involved in giving back to the community, whether volunteering or donating resources to local organizations. A portion of each transaction is donated to one of several worthy charitable organizations in the Austin area. They have an ongoing commitment to Foundation Communities, Habitat for Humanities, Hill Country Ride, and multiple animal rescue groups.
