Kathy was born into the real estate business given that her father, uncles and grandfather were all well known developers in San Antonio. As a native Texan Kathy has lived in Houston since the early 1970s and in Bellaire since 1983. One of her favorite activities as a real estate professional is introducing newcomers to the city she has grown to love so much.

As a former medical social worker, Kathy has a long history of making strong personal connections. She is well known for her concierge level of service and attention to detail. Adept at solving complex issues Kathy does extensive research, studies market trends, and does all the homework her clients need in order to make informed decisions. Kathy’s market focus encompasses Bellaire, West University, Southampton, Montrose and the Medical Center area.

Kathy is a Mental Health First Aid trainer and volunteers her time to educate the public on how to intervene when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis.
