About Kathy
Since joining the Real Estate community in Ridgefield in 2009, Kathy’s focus has always been to provide friendly, personal service for both clients and colleagues in several different brokerages. Kathy was fortunate to work with a very seasoned and savvy realtor, Carole Cousins, and together, they have partnered for the last several years to offer their clients world-class service. Now, Kathy & Carole have joined Compass to take their business to the next level with world-class technology and marketing tools.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Kathy had a number of careers including flight attendant, sales executive and relocation manager, providing her with the perfect experience to excel as an Agent. Having relocated to Ridgefield with her husband and 2 daughters 25 years ago, Kathy understands all that Ridgefield and the surrounding towns have to offer and can communicate that intuitively to her clients.
When not busy working with Buyers and Sellers, you will find Kathy on the court, chasing a few tennis balls!
