Kathy is a valued member of the Doucette Grove Team and a part-time resident of Cotuit, MA. She has been fortunate to spend her summers on Cape Cod, indulging in the many offerings the Cape has, including its stunning beaches, sailing, relaxation, clamming, bicycle trails, and more. While Kathy resides in Florida, she is well-equipped to assist you with your real estate needs in the Sunshine State as well.
With a background in education, Kathy brings forth the invaluable skills of patience, a strong work ethic, honesty, and trustworthiness to her real estate endeavors. Her involvement in the community as a Program Director of the Cotuit Yacht Club and as a member of the Cotuit Library Board showcases her commitment to contributing positively to the areas she serves.
