Kathy has been a Texan for more than four decades. Attracted to the then small college town for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery, she decided Austin was the place to set her roots. Kathy’s enthusiasm and energy are contagious! Her ability to negotiate with a smile, has earned her the respect and friendship of many professionals in the real estate, lending and title industries. Kathy is an experienced cyclist, coach, gardener, yogini and animal lover. She loves to explore parks that are hidden gems and can tell you about the best cycling routes in town. You may also find her kayaking on Ladybird Lake, hiking the Wild Basin, enjoying watercolor classes or practicing yoga. There’s always something fun and exciting to do in Austin!
