Kathy Jones is one of the few real estate brokers with the breadth of knowledge and experience to address your every need. She has been honing her skills for the past 26 years to meet the ever-evolving demands of a complex real estate market, to the chagrin of her loyal clientele. In 2021, I acquired an Austrian passport through 58C of the Austrian Citizenship Act. It allows direct descendants of family members who were persecuted by the Nazi regime an opportunity to apply for citizenship. This ruling also exists in Germany under Article 116 (2). I embrace my newfound connection to my roots and have explored real estate trends and opportunities for investment in Europe. Since COVID, many of my clients have sought to exercise their rights for both citizenship and a path towards investment diversification. Today, the desire has increased tenfold. Economic & political angst has accelerated the drive to seek avenues to diversify assets through several channels: investment migration, citizenship through descent, golden visa programs, as well as investment opportunities. In response to their pursuit, I have expanded my business and services to assist in their global reach. COMPASS's recent acquisition of Christie's International RE has opened doors in over 50 countries and territories, allowing me to build relationships globally, identify opportunities, and learn the 'ins and outs' of real estate acquisition for each country as needed;

Kathy was invited to join Compass in 2016. It has proven to be an opportune move for her and has contributed to and enhanced the services she provides her customers. Compass’s innovative marketing for print, social media, and video capabilities allows her to showcase properties to their full advantage. During the height of the pandemic, Kathy toured new luxury development properties for foreign buyers through scheduled FaceTime video tours. Time is the last luxury, and her buyers were thrilled to get ahead of the curve before an inventory shortage and rising prices caught up with the market.

Kathy has been a successful businesswoman for nearly 40 years. She spent her early career in fashion as a top designer working for such notable companies as London Fog, Miss Gallery, Foxland, and private labels. She is a unique individual who not only effectively draws upon her past experiences but is always exploring new skills. When Compass launched CONCIERGE SERVICES, Kathy explored it fervently. It has been a win/win for getting sellers top dollar while funding their renovations upfront and accepting payment after the property is sold.
