Kathy Jones is one of the few real estate brokers with the breadth of knowledge and experience to address your every need. In 2021 she acquired an Austrian passport through 58C of the Austrian Citizenship Act. Inspired and motivated by her new found freedom, she partnered with an Austrian finance & development company to represent properties on their behalf to the U.S. market. Kathy is in the throes of launching her global website, which is dedicated to showcasing curated luxury properties, in collaboration with ‘vetted’ brokers, to provide a gateway for U.S. agents to do more business abroad.
The market to purchase and invest abroad is predicted to be a $1 trillion business in 2026, up 25% from 2025. Traditional websites are either regional or transactional, we aim to bridge that gap and offer clients a full-service platform that covers the gamut from visa programs to sovereignty, with a consultant on-board to implement a tailor-made Plan B.
Kathy has been a successful businesswoman for nearly 40 years. She spent her early career in fashion as a top designer, shopping the markets in Europe for inspiration, and traveled extensively throughout South East Asia sourcing factories for manufacturing. Notable labels included: London Fog, Miss Gallery, Foxland, and private labels. In 1996 her book: The Jones Guide to Fitness & Health in New York was published by City & Company.
