Kathy Jones is one of the few real estate brokers with the breadth of knowledge and experience to address your every need. From ground up development to the acquisition of luxury real estate, plus the ins and outs of purchasing in a foreign country. She has been honing her skills for the past 26 years, to meet the ever-evolving demands of a complex real estate market to the chagrin of her clientele.
In 2021 she acquired an Austrian passport through 58C of the Austrian Citizenship Act. Inspired and motivated by her new found freedom, Kathy sought to bring the world closer and make it more accessible for her clients. Since Covid-19, many of my customers have sought to exercise their rights for citizenship through descent, or residency programs, with an option for citizenship. That desire has increased ten-fold, with an added sense of urgency, to implement a tailor-made Plan B. These plans are structured for the discerning buyer intent on acquiring multiple passports, and a safety net for asset diversification.
The path forward; COMPASS's acquisition of Christie's International last year, and more recently Anywhere Real Estate, added 340,000 agents on seven continents to Compassās footprint. The Inspiration for launching COMPASS GLOBAL was hatched. A real estate platform designed for our agents to navigate the purchase and investment of property globally for their clients. Plus, the resources to understand the complexities of purchasing anywhere in the world. We plan on launching the site by end-June 2026.
Kathy has been a successful businesswoman for nearly 40 years. She spent her early career in fashion as a top designer developing outerwear in Europe for inspiration, and South East Asia for manufacturing. Notable labels included: London Fog, Miss Gallery, Foxland, and private labels. In 1996 her book: The Jones Guide to Fitness & Health in New York was published by City & Company.
