That Monday morning we we under contract for the house , which was amazing to me to get that done so quickly even on the weekend. During the closing process Megan was available for the inspection, any questions I had and for closing settlement. But probably most importantly Megan remained engaged even with some financing issues on my side and was able to offer alternative financing options to ultimately get financed and closed within 30 days.
