About Kathy
A leader in luxury real estate for over two decades, Kathy Kaye enjoys a highly accomplished, well-rounded proven track record of notable property sales and new development. She has managed full life-cycle sales and marketing for over $5 billion in inventory and represented both buyers and sellers in significant resales.

Prior to joining the innovative, client-centric industry leader Compass, she more recently served as President of Sotheby’s International Realty Development Advisors. There she sourced, staffed and headed a new marketing team designed to support agent sales, with responsibilities including winning and branding new projects, and supporting the successful sellout of existing business. As Senior Vice President for The Related Companies, and a key strategic force, Kathy led the sales and operations teams for several high-profile New York City Developments.

At Compass, she remains actively involved in brokerage as a listing agent and buyer’s agents, and as an authority in the industry, Kathy stands apart providing world-class service and broad consultancy specialties for her distinguished clientele:

Kathy is also designated as a Certified Negotiation Expert and a New York Residential Specialist by the Real Estate Board of New York. She was selected to speak at the 2014 Real Estate Weekly Women’s Forum along with other industry icons and is a member of NYRAC, the elite group of industry professionals committed to ethics and cooperating on a peer to peer platform.

What’s more, Kathy is an active volunteer in her community sitting on the board of the City of Hope’s East End Chapter/Jeanne Kaye League, named for her mother, and remains involved in the SAG-AFTRA Foundation utilizing her skills as a former performing artist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Miami in Florida, and a Master’s in Education from Bank Street College of Education in New York.
