Kathy is a seasoned professional with a 20+ year career in the Real Estate industry. As the Managing Director for the Wine Country, Sacramento and Tahoe, & Nevada Region at COMPASS she has established herself as a dynamic and influential leader within the organization.

Kathy's journey with COMPASS began as one of the pioneering sales managers in Northern California. Her early contributions were instrumental in  shaping the company's foundation and growth in the San Francisco and East Bay Region. Prior to joining COMPASS, Kathy managed operations in San Francisco and the Oakland/Berkley area for Coldwell Banker. 

In addition to her professional goals and achievements, Kathy is committed to giving back to the community. Her involvement in charitable organizations reflects her dedication to making a positive impact beyond the world of Real Estate.
