A Florida native, Kathy has a long and successful history selling properties in coastal towns from Boca Raton to Sebastian. Before relocating to Vero Beach in 2007, she played a key role in launching and selling out prestigious country club communities like Polo Club Boca Raton, Addison Reserve, and Mirasol. Her vast experience means she has worked hand-in-hand with countless clients and builders, giving her a deep understanding of the entire home-buying and selling process. Kathy is known for going above and beyond to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, providing an unparalleled level of expertise and dedication.
Kathy and her husband, Ron, have called Vero Beach home for 18 years, and their family considers it their true hometown. When she’s not working, you can find Kathy walking the beach in the early morning hours, enjoying a treasure hunt for shells, beach glass, or a lucky coin. She loves to shop, cook, and eat great food. For a getaway, she and her family love to escape to the the mountains in the fall. Family is at the heart of everything for Kathy, a proud wife of 31 years, mother to Marina and Merrick, and grandmother to her first grandchild, Waylon. The Worth family also includes four beloved dogs: Charlie, Juni, Rosie, and Augie. A fun fact from her past: Kathy and Ron were married in a hot air balloon!
