Born and raised in Latvia, Kati has lived in many wonderful places, including Amsterdam, Beijing, Saudi Arabia, and historic Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, where she renovated and restored an 1888 row home. She speaks Russian, Latvian, and English fluently, converses in German and Dutch, and connects easily with an international clientele. Kati holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in Business Administration & Strategic Management from Hogeschool Inholland in Amsterdam; the other in Organizational Management and Corporate Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics Informatics where she graduated Cum Laude. She started her career in Amsterdam marketing consumer electronics products for Philips, a global electronics enterprise. Prior to real estate, Kati worked at a boutique PR firm focused on B2B – European Marketing Group, and managed operational and marketing matters for a law firm in Manhattan.

Kati, her husband, and her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, reside in Sutton Place. When not busy helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Manhattan, she enjoys playing tennis, gardening, and growing herbs, hydrangeas, roses, and lavender on her terrace. She also loves attending the latest exhibitions at the MET and discovering new neighborhood spots.
