She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions as they navigate one of the most significant financial investments of their lives. Katie's love for real estate began in her hometown of Prescott, Arizona, where her family owned and managed rental properties. This early exposure to investing and property management sparked a lifelong passion for the industry. She attended the University of Arizona, where she studied Communication and Spanish before moving to Phoenix to launch her career. Katie quickly excelled in luxury residential property management at Trillium Residential before obtaining her real estate license and building a successful team. As both a Realtor and an investor, Katie has firsthand experience in the residential market, owning and managing rental properties across Arizona and Texas. Her deep market knowledge and personal investment background give her clients a unique advantage. When she's helping clients, Katie loves spending time with her family in Arcadia, biking to favorite local spots like LGO and Vecina. During the summer, she and her family retreat to their home in Prescott to escape the Phoenix heat. An avid traveler, she has visited 14 countries, embracing new cultures and experiences along the way.
