She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions as they navigate one of the most significant financial investments of their lives. Katie's love for real estate began in her hometown of Prescott, Arizona, where her family owned and managed rental properties. This early exposure to investing and property management sparked a lifelong passion for the industry. She attended the University of Arizona, where she studied Communication and Spanish before moving to Phoenix to launch her career. Katie quickly excelled in luxury residential property management at Trillium Residential before obtaining her real estate license and building a successful team.
