Katie Bader

Born and raised Orlando Florida, Katie worked to become the youngest Director of Sales within a large country club portfolio during her eight years in hospitality. Her passion for design, remodels and real estate brought her to Dallas in 2013. Ever since then, she's been buzzing around DFW with buyers and sellers of all kinds, some now on their third or fourth transaction together. Being a part of her clients life changes and growth has been overwhelmingly gratifying. 

Katie has extensive knowledge of renovation logistics, cost and design. She has personally designed and completed multiple large-scale renovations and can help match her clients with similar personal or investment projects. She see's Dallas as a land of great opportunity for smart real estate investing - always with an emphasis on quality. 

Some of her favorite transactions are those when she’s able to match her buyer clients with the un-expected property. “Most buyers know, or at least think they know precisely what they’re looking for. Successfully pairing shoppers with an architectural style or neighborhood they hadn’t yet considered is such a fulfilling experience.”
