It was Katie’s love of travel and the mountains that attracted her to Colorado for the first time and it was the unique Colorado lifestyle that convinced her to call Denver home. In 2011, she was drawn to the industry by starting out as Director of Marketing for a top-producing real estate team in her native state of North Carolina. While maintaining an independent, entrepreneurial mindset she organically transitioned from her marketing role to a full-time agent where she won Rookie of the Year and became highly complimented on her open communication style, sharp attention to detail and desire to exceed expectations.

Upon moving to Denver, Katie launched herself into becoming a local expert and discovering what each unique Denver neighborhood has to offer. Her passion for aesthetic design and marketing coupled with her expertise in cultivating relationships and providing long-term financial wealth for her clients proves her commitment to delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.
