About Katie
A Dallas native, Katie graduated from the Episcopal School of Dallas before attending the University of Southern California. Her real estate career officially began in 2010 at Altschuler and Company where her primary focus was agency leasing, as well as providing corporate site selection services for a national car retailer in more than six markets. Prior to joining Compass, Katie was a Vice President at Transwestern specializing in office tenant representation.
As a team lead of "Katie Chu Group," Katie works alongside six agents providing residential and commercial transactions. She serves her clients with a tireless customer service based approach. A multi-million dollar producer year after year, Katie was recognized in D Magazine as D Top Producer in 2021 and 2022.
