"I would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional level of service you provided, to me and my brother, in the sale of our deceased father’s home. Because I was not able to travel back and forth from Austin to where I live with my family, I relied heavily on your help in order to sell my father’s home. You never disappointed me. You stored furniture for me, you gave me excellent advice on a moving company, you met with several moving company with me (and I interviewed several people), you oversaw the itself, you found an estate agent and oversaw the estate sale and made sure we got the funds from the sale. You also did a great job of seeing us through the technicalities of the sale, which were more complicated because both my brother and I live in different states. Finally, your personality definitely suits the career you have chosen. You are so upbeat and have such a can-do, positive attitude that it made the whole process much more relaxed. I have bought and sold houses before and your knowledge of the real estate market was excellent. I know I probably should say something negative to make this seem more realistic, but honestly I can’t think of anything.
