Katie Dickerson

With her strong background in real estate investment, project management and interior design, Katie offers a sophisticated understanding of Orange County’s luxury real estate market. Born and raised in Newport Beach and holding a degree in Communication from University of Southern California, Katie’s social connectivity paired with her comprehensive knowledge of surrounding beach communities allow her to effectively anticipate and serve the needs of her clients. A valuable member of one of Compass most dynamic sales teams, Katie has completed over $145M in transactions. She and her partner Alison Eastman specialize in the coastal communities including Balboa Peninsula, Lido Isle and Bayshores. An active member of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, Katie lives on Lido Isle with her husband and their two children.
