Katie Duncan

Katie is a fourth generation native San Diegan with a deep rooted knowledge and love of this town. After graduating from San Diego State University, she relocated to North County and began working in media buying for a major advertising agency. During the process of relocating and purchasing her own home, her buyer’s agent recommended she consider a career in real estate as her passion for the process was evident. In 2010 she signed on as the Marketing Coordinator for a boutique agency in San Elijo Hills and received her license shortly after. She also served as the Houston Team’s Marketing Coordinator for an additional two years.

Katie is well-versed in both the buying and selling process and brings with her a background in marketing listings with the latest technology and social media tools. Katie believes that consistent communication makes the biggest difference, even in a tough transaction, and her greatest strength comes from placing the needs of her clients at the top while leaving the other parties in the sale just as pleased. When she isn’t assisting buyers or sellers, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and resides in San Elijo Hills.
