About Katie
Katie Faraone joined the Matt Montgomery Group over 16 years ago and has participated in over $1 billion in transactions. As Matt’s partner and the team’s Operations Manager, Katie plays an integral role in supporting their clients from start to finish. Her superior attention to detail, understanding of how to successfully market properties in Newton, Brookline and beyond, combined with her comprehensive understanding of local real estate practices make Katie a valuable asset to any transaction. Although her primary focus is launching listings and preparing for closings, you can also find her at open houses, showings and inspections.
As long-time resident of Beacon Hill, Katie also grasps the unique logistical challenges that face our clients moving in and out of downtown Boston. She is a lifelong equestrian and brings a professional background supporting the 2008 United States Olympic Equestrian Team and her writing has been published in national industry magazines. You can frequently find Katie walking her dog Freckles in the Boston Common or enjoying the outdoors in Vermont. She is a passionate supporter of animal rescue groups including the Boston Animal Rescue League.
