Katie Hiatt

Katie was born and raised in Indianapolis. She has a deep understanding of the local market and an innate love for her community. A graduate from Indiana University,  she was initially drawn to a career in law. However, Katie's life took an unexpected turn when she visited the island of Oahu, Hawaii. During her time there, she had the opportunity to connect with Compass Oahu and became captivated by the industry's potential to make a profound impact on people's lives. This life-changing experience inspired her to shift gears and pursue a career in real estate. Driven by her determination to excel, Katie embarked on her real estate journey while still enrolled at Indiana University. She devoted herself to acquiring her real estate license and gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way.

With past experience as a leasing agent in Bloomington, she honed her sales skills and developed a keen eye for identifying her client's needs. Katie is passionate about finding the perfect home or investment property for her clients.
