Katie's confident, relaxed approach and upbeat personality lends itself well to both the sales aspect of real estate as well as to her relationships with her clients. She prides herself on taking the time to listen and understand her clients’ needs, in an effort to build trust as they navigate what can be a complex and stressful time. She believes in being transparent and diligently working through all the critical details.

Before joining Compass, Katie spent 16 years in advertising sales, working for several of the largest multimedia publishers in the country. Her years of experience in the corporate advertising world provide her with the ability to develop unique strategies to negotiate and deliver positive results for her clients. Her knowledge of the current online environment and social media trends gives Katie’s clients an edge when it comes to marketing.

After living in Manhattan for 10 years, Katie traded city life for the suburbs to start a family. A current resident of Scarsdale, she lives with her husband, three small children, and their sweet bernadoodle, Winnie. Katie is a graduate of Clemson University (Go Tigers!!) where she was a Division I Swimmer.
