Katie McQueary

I’m a San Mateo County native and Cal State Fullerton grad with a background in tech and pharmaceutical sales—where I met my husband. After more than a decade in Newport Beach, we moved to Sonoma in 2020 to be closer to family and raise our daughter in a place that truly feels like home.

Once she started school, I opened a luxury dog daycare and boarding business that grew quickly and successfully. During that time, I also partnered with a local dog shelter, fostering and helping rehome dozens of dogs through adoption events and fundraisers. While I’ve since stepped away from both, those experiences deepened my ties to the community and sharpened the skills I now bring to real estate.

These days, I focus on real estate—helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes throughout Sonoma. I also collaborate with my husband on the homes he flips and builds, while continuing to grow my own presence in the industry. I am proud to serve on the Parent Association board at my daughter’s school and am a member of the Sonoma Golf Club, where I enjoy playing tennis. When I’m not working, I’m with my 4 crazy dogs in the garden, traveling for great food and wine, or spending time with friends and family. We feel so fortunate to call Sonoma home.
