Katie Milligan

Katie was born outside Chicago, raised in Palos Verdes Estates, spent time in Middleburg, and ultimately made the East End home. She started in Southampton and now lives in Water Mill, where she enjoys the open farmland and big sky.

For over 35 years, Katie and her husband built and ran a successful seafood distribution business on the East End. Along the way, she gained firsthand real estate experience as both a buyer and seller, investing, renovating, and managing multiple properties—experience that now informs her work as a broker. 

A longtime Water Mill resident with deep community ties, Katie raised her family locally and is closely connected to the area. Today, she brings sharp business instincts, market knowledge, and a steady, thoughtful approach to every transaction. She has a strong eye for value, advocates for her clients, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, successful experience from start to finish.

Katie loves travel and time with family, but the East End is home. She’s passionate about helping others find their place here and experience everything it has to offer.
