Born and raised in the sunshine state, Katie is a Florida native with a passion for serving others. Through her record of success in strategic operational development and client satisfaction management over the last 11 years, Katie is a solution-forced powerhouse who gets the job done through her unmatched skill, service, and knowledge relating to all aspects of the real estate transaction. She is a certified Real Estate Negotiator and believes real estate is a powerful tool that plays a critical role in building a path to financial freedom. Alongside being a part of the Ealey Boyd Group - having been recognized by numerous publications as one of the top real estate teams in the Tampa Bay Area, she is also a part of an an elite network - the Real Estate Referral Network within Compass. Within this elite network, she has built relationships with agents nationwide through collaboration and consistency in providing the highest level of real estate service anywhere in the country.
Katie, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, is also the founder of the Trust Collective - a unique, resourceful, solutions-based initiative focused on probate and estate sales. The mission of the Trust Collective is to provide beneficiaries, personal representatives, and administrators the resources they need to determine the best course of action as it relates to inherited property.
Outside of working her dream career, Katie is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Tampa and a devoted member of Grace Family Church. You can find Katie spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She loves to cook, host family and friends for dinners and wine tastings, as well as work on DIY projects around her home!
