Katie Preston

Katie has been a Nashville resident for over 20 years, having moved from North Carolina to attend Lipscomb University, where she majored in Spanish and Education. With 16 years of experience teaching in public, charter, and university settings, Katie leverages her educational background and Doctorate of Educational Leadership to guide clients through the home buying and selling process effectively. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their three sons. She loves to spend time outdoors and explore new places and restaurants with her family and friends. She is deeply grateful for the community she has in Nashville.
