Katie Steiner brings a rare combination of operational leadership, marketing strategy, and client-focused real estate expertise to the Austin market. After closing over $4 million in production in 2024, she joined Compass as the Operations Manager for Waller House, one of Austin’s premier real estate groups known for its elevated service, thoughtful marketing, and data-informed approach.

In her role with Waller House, Katie oversees the operations, systems, and marketing strategy that support the team’s high-level client experience. Her background in real estate operations and sales allows her to understand every side of the transaction and ensure both agents and clients are supported from contract to closing.

Before moving to Austin, Katie worked with the Cyndi Kornegay Team in Houston, one of the city’s top-producing real estate groups. There she built strong relationships with builders and gained extensive experience in new construction, marketing strategy, and high-touch client service.

After intentionally taking time to learn Austin, its neighborhoods, and the nuances of the local market, Katie is excited to step further into helping clients directly. She enjoys working with buyers relocating to Austin, helping them understand the lifestyle of different areas, and guiding them toward homes that truly fit the life they want to build here.
