Katie Steiner believes a great real estate experience shouldn’t depend on the price tag. Whether a client is buying a first home, moving up, relocating, or selling a property they’ve loved for years, Katie brings the same level of preparation, communication, and care to every step. Luxury, to her, is the standard of service, not a segment of the market.

Katie started her career in Houston on the Cyndi Kornegay Team, one of the city’s top-producing groups. There she built deep relationships with local builders, developed real expertise in new construction, and learned what high-touch client service looks like at volume. In her first year of production, she closed over $4 million in sales.

She then spent two years in Austin in a dual role as an agent and as Operations Manager for Waller House at Compass, one of Austin’s premier real estate groups. Running the systems, marketing, and transaction support behind a high-performing team gave her a view of every side of the deal. Austin also introduced her to the land side of real estate, where she is currently representing a large-acreage sale to a major developer. That operational discipline and development perspective now show up in every client relationship she manages.

Now back in Houston and working alongside Thebe Warren, Katie pairs that range with what clients value most: clear guidance on how each neighborhood actually lives, honest strategy, and a process that runs smoothly from first conversation to closing day. She is especially skilled at helping clients at life’s turning points think through not just the house, but the life they want to build around it.
