About Katie
Originally from Bangkok Thailand, Katie grew up with Real Estate Development in her blood. Her grandfather built many buildings in the city and her father had a thriving construction materials business. After completing her primary and college education in Thailand, Katie made her way to San Diego where she earned an MBA in Finance.
Immediately, she put her international connections to use as a global liaison manager for a large private university, and at the same time held a position as the head of public relations for a premium desserts franchise business. While successfully navigating two concurrent positions (obviously an accomplished multitasker), Katie began to feel the family pull and attraction to Real Estate.
In 2019, she made the move to Real Estate sales and in her first year - placed among The Top 10 Individual Agents at her brokerage! She has received multiple awards for her outstanding work, including the Leading Edge Award, and was a Finalist for the International Realtor Award - Circle of Excellence at SDAR in 2022.
Well Travelled and a bilingual speaker, Katie successfully bridges the gap between international buyers and the real estate sector in San Diego. Understanding her client’s needs and sharing their vision has made her a trusted go-to advisor.
