She was very helpful in establishing a reasonable asking price, and proceeded to promote the property in various ways, including running several open house events. Since I resided in another state, she got things set up to handle much of my participation remotely online. Within a relatively short time a bid was offered, and eventually accepted after her give and take with the buyer's agent. Ms. Wcislo deftly handled the numerous schedulings of inspections, certifications, and repairs that were required, keeping me fully informed and getting my input.
