A third-generation San Francisco native, Katie moved to Marin County as a teenager and has deep roots throughout the Bay Area. She has proudly called Novato home since 2009, giving her a strong connection to the local community and market. Her firsthand knowledge of Marin County and the surrounding Bay Area provides valuable insight for buyers and sellers alike.
Outside of her professional work, Katie enjoys cooking, baking, writing, reading, researching history, walking, and watching great films. She treasures time with her friends, family, her grandson Kristo, and her dog Zuzu.

She actively supports and helps raise awareness for meaningful causes including cancer research, children’s cancer initiatives, ALS, heart disease, veteran support organizations, Marin County’s Homeward Bound, Toys for Tots, and Habitat for Humanity.
