About Katieann
Katieann was born and raised in Edison, New Jersey. She moved to Ocean County over ten years ago and fell in love with the “Jersey Shore Life”. She is a mother of two and two rescue, fur babies.
She will work tenaciously to meet or exceed your expectations, providing the utmost personal care, integrity, honest advice, and relentless effort. Her passion is about making the right match between sellers and buyers. Katieann is a full-time licensed Realtor® who will be here for you.
Katieann is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with several years of successful experience in the real estate industry. Experience includes sales; sales in adult communities; and sales and rentals within Middlesex/Monmouth/Ocean Counties.
In Katieann’s spare time, she enjoys renovating homes with her husband Carmine and volunteers with the New Jersey Boxer Rescue Group. With each sale, she donates to the Boxer Rescue Group, a 501(C)3 group, in her client’s name.
