Katrina Mink

Hi, I’m Katrina, a native Philadelphian and a full-time professional Realtor. Let me tell you a bit about myself & what inspires me.

For starters, I sell homes in Philadelphia, and what's more Philly than Rocky? But more than that, I find Rocky’s philosophy incredibly uplifting. This character’s wisdom tells us, "It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward," and "Going in one more round when you don't think you can. That's what makes all the difference in life." With positive and motivational messages like that, who wouldn't be inspired by such grit & resilience. 

I also came from the same socioeconomic background as Rocky, so I truly understand the desire to fight for more. This firsthand experience drew me to the real estate industry. I love helping clients make investments in their future & this city!  Whether buying a primary home or purchasing an investment property. Over the years, I've helped many families build their real estate portfolios and rent their investments at excellent prices. 

I grew up in the city and am proud to still be a resident of the 215. I’ve seen firsthand how neighborhoods change, from the Center City skyline to each individual neighborhood. With this local knowledge and intuition, I’ve been able to help local and out-of-town buyers invest in neighborhoods that have almost doubled in value. Keeping in touch with most of my out-of-town clients, they tell me how they've come to love Philly as much as I do. 

I've sold everything from shells that were nearly teardowns, to vacant lots & large multi-million dollar listings. Whether you’re a renter, buyer, seller, or investor, we all start somewhere. No matter what your budget, you can always expect the same quality of service from me. I promise to treat you how I would want to be treated. 

In 2004, I worked as an assistant for a top Realtor in Rittenhouse Square while I was obtaining my real estate license from Temple University. Patty Hogan was a great mentor — graceful and someone who was respected by all who knew her. From there I went out to sell on my own, and I just love that no two days are ever the same. I have met some wonderful people along the way, people from all walks of life and from all over the world.
