For Katrina Sullivan, real estate is all about service and family—two values that have guided her life since childhood. Growing up in Abington, Pennsylvania, as the oldest of four children and part of a large extended family with 28 first cousins, Katrina learned early the importance of connection, commitment, and looking out for others. Inspired by her mother’s strength and generosity, and her father’s emphasis on service, she built her career on the belief that there is no excuse for poor service in any industry.

A Division I swimmer at Penn State University, Katrina graduated with a degree in Journalism before going on to earn her MBA from Temple University while working full time. That same determination carried into her real estate career, which began in 2004. Since then, she has received recognition including Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, Executive Club, 100% Club, and, most meaningfully, 5 Star Realtor®—an honor awarded by her clients—for six consecutive years. Known as the “Extra Mile Agent,” Katrina is dedicated to making every real estate experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.

Katrina’s background in financial and real estate investing gives her clients a unique advantage. As a Certified Negotiation Specialist, she brings sharp strategy and a holistic understanding of finances to every transaction, especially when clients are navigating the challenge of buying and selling at the same time.

Today, Katrina focuses on helping active professionals and families find their next home while delivering the superior service they deserve. Beyond real estate, her passions include architecture, interior design, gardening, home renovation, and reading—she even hosts a monthly book club. She is deeply involved in her community, running three fundraisers a year and supporting multiple service organizations. On her bucket list? An African safari and founding a nonprofit to teach children about financial literacy.
