"I initially came across Kate through Zillow as I wanted to look at a particular house that I had found on my own. She immediately reached out to touch base and advised that she had been through that very house several times and cautioned me that it would likely be a waste of my time due to a variety of factors. Kate then set up a search based upon my needs and kept me updated on any suitable properties coming on market and even some that were not on market. Kate's approach was relaxed and straight-forward without pressure or making me feel rushed. Despite knowing the neighborhoods of Fort Lauderdale, she pushed me to view properties in areas I was not as familiar with, which I am thankful for.
