Born overseas into a military family, Katy spent much of her childhood abroad. These experiences fostered a lifelong appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and communities, while instilling the adaptability, resilience, and strong people skills that continue to serve her clients today.

Before beginning her real estate career, Katy owned and operated a successful direct-mail marketing firm in Western Massachusetts for 12 years. The business grew into a highly respected company, providing her with extensive experience in marketing strategy, customer service, business development, and negotiations.

Drawing on that experience, Katy combines proven marketing strategies, skilled negotiation, and deep local market knowledge to help her clients achieve exceptional results. Family remains at the heart of Katy’s life. She is the proud mother of a son who served in the United States Marine Corps and a daughter who resides in London with her husband and their four children. One of Katy’s granddaughters is a member of the Junior Royal Ballet, a source of tremendous pride for the family.
