Ian Velinsky

It all started with a phone call. In 2003, Ian was convinced by his sister to move from Southern California to Washington D.C. and invest in his first home in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. Not only was purchasing the home a smart investment, but it proved to be the starting point of a deep love for the Washington D.C area and making the area his forever home. Ian has spent the past 17 years building a successful career in technology and hospitality/hotel sales. Even though he was enjoying a steady and successful career, he couldn't ignore the strong entrepreneurial itch to build something of his own. With a passion for real estate and being a savvy investor himself, Ian decided to get his real estate license. Using all the best sales skills and home-buying experience he has acquired over the last two decades, Ian helps his clients find homes that are special, meaningful and smart financial investments!

When Ian is not helping clients find the homes of their dreams, you can find him spending time with his wonderful wife, Kelly, and three sons, Levi, Asher and Noah or playing ice hockey in the local Montgomery county men’s leagues, or working out in his local CrossFit gym.
