About Katy

With a background in sales and sales management for a number of years, I have become a force within the real estate industry. My drive, passion and knowledge is what pushes me every day to help happy families achieve their real estate goals. It’s ALL about the CLIENT for me! I pride myself on amazing customer service throughout the whole transaction as well as after the deal closes. In addition, my previous decades of sales negotiations helps me push to get my clients top dollar on every transaction.

Building communities through the dream of home ownership is what I strive for everyday! I am a committed community member, a devoted wife to a City of San Jose Firefighter Captain and mother of 3 children plus a dog named Lucy! My family is my WHY as to what pushes me to work harder than anyone else for my clients! As a Bay Area native, I have always dreamed of building up the community I live in and give back to its businesses and neighbors.

I am actively involved in my local parish of St Christopher. I sit on the board with several positions within their Ladies Guild Organization as well as a sponsor of the Holy Names Society fundraisers. In addition, I am a proud sponsor of Lincoln Glen Little League, I volunteer with my daughter in The National Charity League and I am an active member and volunteer in the San Jose Burn Foundation.

When I am not working or giving back to my community, I enjoy time with my family, I am an avid sports fan and I enjoy everything California has to offer to its residents.
