About Katy
Katy Keene Metell has been a full-time realtor since 2004 working predominantly in the Main Line section of Suburban Philadelphia. She has extensive experience with ex-pats looking to make a new home in Greater Philadelphia, whether it's purchasing a home or finding a rental that fits their more temporary needs. She enjoys the process of finding the right home for each buyer client or negotiating the right terms for her seller clients.
Katy has lived in the area since 1999, initially living in the Society Hill section of Philadelphia for 2+ years and then moving to Wayne on the Main Line. While Katy was born on the Main Line, her family moved to Martha's Vineyard, MA when she was young. Katy enjoyed the island life and still has family there.
Katy graduated Boston University with a BA in Art History, a degree she uses often during her travels abroad and at home. Katy has lived in Copenhagen and in Sevilla for periods of time to try to learn her mother's and step-mother's mother tongues - with varying degrees of success but she is always willing to try!
Katy lives in Villanova with her husband, Chris, and her three fantastically unique dogs - Edgar, Larry, and Opie.
