About Kayla
Kayla Fertal moved to the Valley in 2010 and became a licensed Realtor in 2011. She has a diverse background in the industry,
starting her career in new home sales. After closing out multiple communities ahead of investor timelines and financial
projections, she shifted into resale real estate, joining forces with her husband and business partner, Chaz Fertal. For the past
six years they have been working together to empower homebuyers and sellers with the knowledge, guidance and resources
they need to navigate the complex and ever evolving real estate market. In addition to helping clients achieve their home goals,
Kayla is an active real estate investor that loves to be on a job site, is a proud mom of two, and has a passion for the outdoors.
