Kayla Klinge

Kayla Klinge is the definition of a "people-person." Having worked in Real Estate for over 12 years, that's a good trait to have.

Kayla got her start in Real Estate right after college. Her father, Jim Klinge, has been involved in real estate since 1984 and founded the successful Klinge Realty in San Diego, California in 2002. When Kayla graduated college, she decided to join the family business. Much like her father, once she started, she never looked back.

Her favorite part of working in real estate is yes, the people, but more than that, she loves solving problems. Whether the deal is about to be signed or just getting started Kayla relishes the opportunity to find a solution that makes all parties happy.

Kayla attended Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego and then traveled north to attend the University of Oregon. She now lives in Manhattan in Hell's Kitchen. In her spare time, she loves having picnics in the park, hiking or being outside in general, cheering on the Oregon Ducks during football season, and seeing live music. She is also a big foodie and loves tasting all the different cuisines that NYC has to offer. An avid yogini, Kayla has been practicing yoga for over a decade and loves going to classes with her mom when she's in town. Even though she is far from the West Coast, Kayla is still involved in her Cathedral Catholic High School and University of Oregon alumni board.
