Q: What do you consider your greatest strength as a realtor?
A: I realize the home buying and selling process can be overwhelming. I am committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. It all comes down to being prepared, hard work, and the ability to look at things just a little bit differently.
Q: What do you offer to your clients that make you stand out from the rest?
A: The real estate process has many obstacles that arise along the way. You can rest assured that I have the resources to help overcome any challenges that we may face. Throughout each transaction I utilize a team of professional service providers to assist with my clients’ buying and selling needs. This includes preferred lenders, stagers, cleaning services, painters, lawn services, licensed contractors and handymen, inspectors, and more. I‘ll guide you through the entire process, even after the closing.
Q: What do you consider your greatest accomplishment in real estate?
A: Undoubtedly my greatest accomplishments are the unique connections I make with my clients. I would say the best moments have been the little ones - the moment when I’m walking through a house with a client and when their whole demeanor changes, as they begin to see themselves in the space. They know this is their home, they can see everything from a lazy Sunday to Christmas morning. Being a part of their excitement, seeing their relieved faces as they take a deep breath - these are the moments I will never take for granted. I love getting to feel a little bit of that with them.
Q: What do you do love most about being a realtor?
A: I see each transaction as a special connection. I never take it for granted that someone chooses me to help them grab whatever goal they’re reaching for. My biggest success has been the addition of so many amazing people in my life. I have met some wonderful people doing this and between new referrals and reconnecting with old friends, I feel like the richest person in the world.
